With extraordinary ease of processing, not only can it be cut, drilled, planed, sawed and molded in any direction, but also can be painted directly on the surface of the varnish, paint or paste veneer, convenient and easy to use.
High strength and toughnessOSB board is a three-layer structure, the upper and lower layers of flakes are arranged in longitudinal direction, and the core layer of flakes is arranged in transverse direction, which has very high dimensional stability and static bending strength. A large number of long wood fibers, the coefficient of linear expansion is very small, so it has good shock resistance, impact resistance and bending strength, even if the external factors change, it will not expand, deformation.

Varnishable OSBThe high surface flatness of the product makes it easy to be laminated with other different materials. It is possible to directly press a layer of melamine veneer paper on OSB board at high temperature to change the texture and color of OSB board surface. The application of melamine laminating paper on OSB boards can eliminate the subsequent painting process, saving time and manpower for the construction period, and provide more color choices for the application of interior decoration.
